Join me for a 30-minute yoga session ending with a short meditation. Breath, move, and have fun with me while I demonstrate wearing a VR headset as a full-body hologram in real-time! Showing movement as a hologram IRL provides the best full-body example to stretch and move properly.
We start the session with simple breathing techniques. Next, we link breath to movement to stretch in a way that will communicate with your body to relax and soften while being aware. This will ease your nervous system and overall body, like stressed shoulders, tight hips, and back pain. The session ends with a mini meditation to check in with our bodies and mind and then each other.
Prepare your area to allow movement in the shape of a yoga mat or beach towel. All fitness levels are welcomed, and prepare to laugh a little too.
