Metaverse Safety Discussion

Metaverse Ethics Team Educators in VR

Open discussion on how the metaverse is a universe with great potential for a diverse, open, healthy society, and how many of us want the metaverse to be without the toxic nature found too often online. Join us to learn how to encourage standards of behavior and reduce that toxicity so we can all play safely.

The Educators in VR Metaverse Ethics Team, formerly the Cyberbullying Team, meets regularly to explore the legal, ethical, and social challenges of the metaverse, and encourage standards and practices that keep virtual communities open, thriving, and healthy while encouraging safety and security for all.

October is International Bullying and Cyberbullying Month. Educators in VR hosts a month-long series of special events on the subject. If this is a passionate issue for you, please join our team.

Expect these sessions to touch upon sensitive areas. Please remember, these are NOT therapy sessions.

Educators in VR is dedicated to integrating VR, AR, and XR into education and business. Since 2018, we host over 800 VR free and paid events, classes, workshops, and conferences annually covering all aspects of immersive education.
