PAST EVENT

This is a brief 15 to 20 minute presentation on an essential oil related topic, and this week I'll be talking about the 7 best calming essential oils and how we can use them for both sleep and mood regulation during the day.

After the presentation, I will open the floor to questions, comments, stories--whatever you may want to add to the conversation about oils.
