"Almost immediately after Adam and Eve chose to do what was right in their own eyes, we hear God promise a Redeemer to come, One who would crush the serpent's head (Gen.3:15). God points to the coming of Jesus in the Exodus story - the deliverance with the Passover and the sacrifice of a lamb. And He tells us a coming Messiah who will appear as a servant, humbly suffering to help us.

Join us March 15th thru April 9th as our journey will take us thru the Upper Room, Gethsemane, down the Via Dolorosa (The Way of Suffering), to Golgotha, the empty tomb and beyond.

Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.

Isaiah 53:4-5 New International Version (NIV)
