How Does It Feel To Be Loved? NYE party

PAST EVENT

London club night How Does It Feel To Be Loved? throws a New Year's Eve party in a VR recreation of Brixton's much-loved Canterbury Arms pub, playing indie pop, northern soul and 60s girl groups. Come and dance to Belle And Sebastian, Teenage Fanclub, Pixies, The Shangri-Las, Camera Obscura, The Lemonheads, The Supremes, and more.

We're very pleased that we'll be joined this week by Bill Botting of Allo Darlin', who has put together a hour guest DJ set for us. His set will run from 1am GMT.

The running order of the night will be as follows:

10pm-11pm - We always open our NYE parties with an hour of music by musicians who died in the year. Come raise a glass to some sorely-missed musical heroes.

11pm-1am - Me taking us into the New Year. Can I time the bongs to land exactly on midnight? Let's find out!

1am - 2am - Bill Botting of Allo Darlin' joins us from the future (Australia, 11 hours ahead), with a guest DJ set of indie pop, 80s pop and more.

2am - 5am - Me again, with the usual mix of indie pop, northern soul and 60s girl groups.

5am - We traditionally close our NYE parties with "Love Really Hurts Without You" by Billy Ocean and this year will be no different.
