While you are enjoying a break during the Students in VR conference - join us and experience what it feels like to be in an earthquake! This is also a demonstration of the potential of immersive world building with Unity and some programming expertise.

Ancient I Won't Say
This world was created last year and one of the first in VR to reproduce a controlled earthquake experience. It was created in Unity using specialized programming - without scripts - to create a machine with the effect of causing an earthquake. It shakes the ground intermittently, sliding your avatar down the hills with its force.
NOTE: If you have a tendency to motion sickness, keep your visit brief.
The first Students in VR conference was in May 2020, bringing together students from around the world to produce and present at the innovative conference. Students in VR will be participating in the upcoming YOUNGA student take-over of the United Nations in November.
